**Monthly rates do not include electric and require a $250 refundable deposit or credit card on file.
Monthly guests to bring own linens. Daily and weekly rentals have linens provided, but not exchanged.
For health reasons, you are encouraged to bring your own pillows.
All units are non-smoking and no pets. This is strictly enforced and will result in a loss of your refundable deposit if violated.
Additional Costs:
- Extra Car, Boat or Trailer (Monthly): $15.00 +tax
- Pool Guest: $2 per person/day
- Overnight Cottage Guest: $2 per person/day
